Operational Risk and Business Conduct feature in the latest report from the joint committee of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs). The report talks to the growing concern of IT security and emphasises business conduct risks.

For operational risk the report highlights concerns over the persistence, intensity and sophistication of information technology related operational risks.

For conduct risks the report highlights a need for many institutions to enhance corporate governance, including management functions, compliance proceedings and risk management culture.
